Pusa Nastase is Senior Program Manager at the Yehuda Elkana Center for Higher Education.

She is an experienced manager of executive education, life-long learning and capacity building programs and a trainer and consultant with international experience in the field of adult education.

Research activities:
Currently involved in the European Universities – Critical Futures research project led by the Danish School of Education and bringing together researchers from research centers in highers education across Europe. She contributes to the working stream on Internationalisation
and the stream on Challenges in University Governance and Leadership. In this context she investigates the impact of new technologies on university management and the relations between faculty and administrative staff.

-External reviewer and researcher in the project Extending and reinforcing good practice in teacher development conducted by a consortium of universities from Sweden, Estonia, Ireland, Slovakia and Check Republic.
